Reiki/ Reiki with Gemstones

Reiki meaning 'Universal life energy' is a Japanese 'healing' art. 

​

I hover hands over, or gently hold, energy centres of the body. It is said to bring balance, harmony,

a sense of wholeness, along with a deep feeling of restfulness and peace. This assists the body and

mind in the natural healing mechanisms.

 

The Usui System of Natural Healing has been handed down through 'lineage' and training from Masters and Teachers, originating from founder Mikao Usui Sensei.

Our present day busy lifestyles often deprive us of this 'healing' space. Reiki is for everyone and respects all personal beliefs.

Included during Reiki, I am using beautiful coloured Gemstones traditionally used to balance our energy

centres or Chakras with their vibrational energy. Colour is well documented as mood influencing and our

natural mindfulness in working with Gemstones is both absorbing and relaxing.

Distance Reiki is also possible. A photograph, which you can email, along with a pre arranged time

where you find a relaxed space at home, is all we need.

Animal Reiki

​

There is growing demand by people looking for ways to offer therapies for their pets, particularly when they see their animal family members go through trying times such as approaching old age and end of life.

​

I have cared for my own pets and animals for a long time and have found Animal Reiki to be very useful in helping to bring a feeling of calm.

​

It is based on balancing subtle energies using a form of Distance Reiki, where I work quietly near your pet in their own surroundings with you.
